Ohh man, everytime I tried fraps I was like, wtf why does my FPS suck so much -_-.. Anyway thanks guys, I couldnt really find this information on the fraps site or anywhere else. :)

I have this weird problem with FRAPS, where fraps actually forces the set FPS on to EVE. Situation is like this, I get 60 fps normally when sitting in the station. When I start to record with fraps(30 fps settings), the eve fps(ctrl+f) falls down...
